SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:
The Impact Waco Administrator works with the Impact Waco Director to build out all the ministries of Impact Waco and to help create sustainable systems that will expand the reach of the ministry. They will develop partnerships within the city and can competently lead different facets of the ministry as needed. A primary focus of this role is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Antioch Waco.
  • Assists other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
  • Basic personal responsibilities:
    • Understand, engage and personally own the mission, vision and values of Antioch Waco and the overall church goals.
    • Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with Jesus through committed time to the Word, worship and prayer.
    • Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
    • Faithfully support the ministries of Antioch Waco by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
    • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Antioch Waco (Colossians 3:23-24).
ROLES SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • Integrating volunteers into IW ministry opportunities (correspondence, onboarding, training requirements, etc.) 
  • Coordinating logistics of IW ministries (facilities, supplies, advertising to church, budget) 
  • Developing systems/processes that serve the IW team and ministries 
  • Facilitating some ministry coordination on-site (food distribution, etc.) 
  • Implement the department goals and objectives through the creation and improvement of sustainable systems, policies and procedures 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities of permanent staff. Leadership of volunteers may be necessary at times especially in communication of administrative details. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Owner (Member) of Antioch Waco or willing to becoming an Owner as a condition of employment 
  • Active participation in an Antioch Waco Lifegroup 
  • Faster than average pace; ability to learn quickly, thoroughly and with attention to detail. Must recognize and adjust to change. There is considerable variety in the work. 
  • Strategic, big-picture thinking backed by an added focus on discipleship implementation. 
  • Ability to identify and direct resources in order to support and sustain ministry operations. 
  • Seeks and accepts decision-making authority & responsibility. 
  • Natural collaborator who can keep ministry directors clear on vision and goals for their ministry area. 
  • Must have a strong work ethic, experience in leading multiple projects at one time, and strong communications skills both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions before they become obstacles.
